Dear Friends of Les Criques,

We are pleased to inform you that reservations for the 2025 season will open on Sunday, September 8th, 2024.

This Friday 12th of July, the state services have decided to close the three access to the beaches that we hold on the campsite. The State and Argelès town hall had alerted us once again in June of the risk of potential falling rocks, without communicating us a definite closing date of the steps going…

Indeed, it’s the moment you’ve been waiting for !  The reservations for the season 2024 will be finally open on our website  www.lescriques.com on Tuesday 19th of September 2023.

The Camping Les Criques de Porteils has been selected for an episode of this new season. You will meet Laurent Raspaud, the owner, accompanied by Ellen, the reception manager, who gave a tour of our establishment to a couple of holiday makers.

On May 17th a French television program « William à midi » on the C8 channel showed in its tourism column entitled « Vive la France », a theme of «Campsites with the most beautiful views”.

Here at Les Criques de Porteils, we love nature and we love to preserve it.

Since the 23rd of May, it is temporarily forbidden to go to the campsite’s cliffbottom beaches (see Local byelaw N°AR202200072) considering a major rockfall hazard. Note there has not been any accidents since the camping ground creation in 1954.
